SUMMARY: As of this date, USEP and the District have been to the table on two occasions. During the first session on July 24th, the parties signed Ground Rules, the Evaluation Language, which will be in the body of the contract this year, and the Voluntary Coverage MOU. During the session, there was discussion at the table on the new document cited in the new contract language entitled Pasco County Evaluation Guidelines. The Voluntary Coverage MOU is for both elementary and secondary instructional employees. Your USEP building representatives have received training on the Voluntary Coverage MOU and the Evaluation Guidelines and contract language. Please seek them out for further clarification or guidance.
