USEP UPDATE
SATURDAY, NOV. 6, 2021

  • TEACHER EVALUATIONS
  • PROGRESS MONITORING
    • USEP filed a grievance on 10.25.21
      • Our concern is for the increased workload required and the inability to complete documentation during contract hours
        • We are asking for employees to be paid for additional time worked completing the documentation
        • We are asking that redundancies in the process be eliminated
    • USEP sent a letter Demanding to Bargain the Impact of the PMP on 11.3.21
      • We will be scheduling a meeting with the District to discuss our concerns
  • SCHOOL START TIMES
    • On 11.4.21, USEP sent a letter Demanding to Bargain the Impact to employees of the new start times for schools recently passed by the School Board
    • We will be scheduling a meeting with the District to discuss our concerns
  • COVID $1,000 SUPPLEMENT
  • ILLNESS IN THE LINE OF DUTY
    • USEP has scheduled an informal meeting for Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, to discuss concerns with the process and how to move forward regarding our contract language
